We provide business consulting, branding, web design, social media management, operations and sales strategy, community events, and the BizRise Podcast.

• Event registration data — ticket selection, attendance details, and payment status when you register for a BizRise event through Eventbrite.
• Podcast guest applications — your name, business details, contact information, and any background you provide when applying to appear on the BizRise Podcast.
• Voluntary contributions — if you support us through our Buy Us a Coffee page, that platform processes your name and payment information under their own privacy policy.

• Usage data — browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URL, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Analytics data — aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use our site, used only to improve content and experience. Never tied to an individual.

• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion.
• Active client records — retained for the duration of the engagement and up to three years after its conclusion, for legal and accounting purposes.
• Event data — retained by Eventbrite under their own schedule. BizRise retains attendee contact information for up to 24 months.
• Podcast guest information — retained as part of the published episode record, unless you request removal in writing.
• Marketing list — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever comes first.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.

Our services are intended for adults who are operating or building a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
